These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ArchAdemia for Studios (the “Service”), operated by ArchAdemia Ltd (a company registered in England & Wales, company number 13602105, registered address Independence House, 6 Tapton Way, Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom, L13 1DA) (“ArchAdemia”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
2.1 The Service is designed for architectural practices and related professional services businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
2.3 The Administrator is responsible for managing Team Member access, permissions, and ensuring all users comply with these Terms.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must not share credentials between individuals — each Team Member must have their own Seat. You agree to notify ArchAdemia immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
The Service is offered on annual subscription plans priced per seat. Current pricing tiers are published at archademia.studio and may be updated from time to time.
We may offer a free trial period (currently 7 days). You may be required to provide a valid payment method to start the Free Trial. If you do not cancel before the Free Trial ends, you authorise us to automatically charge the applicable annual subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) immediately when the Free Trial ends. Important: once your Free Trial converts and the subscription fee is charged, that charge is non-refundable (except where refunds are required by applicable law — see Section 3.7).
Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate until cancelled.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.
You may add seats at any time; additional seats will be charged at your current tier rate, pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period. Seat reductions take effect at the next renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing by ArchAdemia.
Because ArchAdemia products and services are digital and immediately accessible, they cannot be physically returned. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of ArchAdemia Ltd.
ArchAdemia reserves the right to change subscription fees; any material increase will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will apply at the next renewal.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, ArchAdemia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your personal and internal professional purposes within your practice.
You may not reproduce, broadcast, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works of or commercially exploit the Content unless expressly permitted in writing by ArchAdemia.
You may use the Service for the internal business purposes of your architectural practice.
You agree you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in behaviour that:
The Drawing Board allows users to share projects, comment, message, and interact.
Users must not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
ArchAdemia operates community moderation and reporting mechanisms. We may temporarily or permanently suspend posting privileges, remove content, or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
You agree that any User Content you post is your sole responsibility. You grant ArchAdemia a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display such User Content in connection with the Service.

Each Financial Integration requires your explicit consent. You authenticate directly with the third-party provider; we never see or store your banking or accounting login credentials. You may disconnect any Financial Integration at any time.
Financial data retrieved via integrations is provided by third-party services and your financial institutions. We display this data as received and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You should always verify financial information independently before making business decisions.
The Service does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Features such as runway calculations, cash flow forecasts, and Business Health Scores are tools to assist your own decision-making. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions based on information provided by the Service.
Your use of Financial Integrations is also subject to the terms of the relevant third-party provider:
All financial access tokens are encrypted at rest. Bank and accounting data is stored with row-level security.
AI Tools are included with all Studios subscriptions. CORB is designed to answer architecture-related and practice management questions.
AI Tools are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only. You must not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional judgement. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You must not submit confidential client information, personal data about third parties without lawful basis, sensitive personal data, or financial credentials to AI Tools.
Subject to any third-party rights, you may use AI-generated outputs for your practice's internal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs.
AI Tools are powered via APIs to third-party providers (currently Anthropic). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Each Seat is granted AI Credits per membership year. AI Credits renew annually alongside your subscription.
AI Credits are non-transferable, may not be resold, have no cash value, and unless otherwise stated do not roll over.
You may be able to purchase additional AI Credit Subscriptions or credit packs. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
AI Credits are subject to a fair use policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend AI access for abnormally high usage with notice.
ArchAdemia provides Tools for your convenience and internal practice use; they are not guaranteed to be industry-standard or error-free. You are solely responsible for how you implement results and for any decisions arising from your use.
Resolve provides structured guidance and information to help you navigate disputes. Resolve does not provide legal advice. Always consult a qualified solicitor or legal professional for specific disputes.
All project data, client information, financial records, and other practice data you enter remains your property.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
If you enter client personal data into the Service, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to do so.
You may export your data at any time via the export functionality within the Service.
Upon cancellation or termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your subscription includes access to ArchAdemia's course library. All courses, videos, tutorials, and educational materials are the intellectual property of ArchAdemia Ltd or its licensors.
We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service relies on third-party providers. Support is available via email, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT.
If you are resident in the EU or other jurisdictions with statutory consumer rights, you may be entitled to a 14-day right of cancellation for digital subscriptions. These Terms do not exclude any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
All rights in the Service and Content are owned or licensed by ArchAdemia or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights beyond the licences described herein.
The Service, Content, AI Tools, Tools, and Financial Integrations are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data retrieved via Financial Integrations. We are not liable for any business decisions made in reliance on financial data, forecasts, runway calculations, or Business Health Scores provided by the Service.
18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchAdemia's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
18.2 In no event shall ArchAdemia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArchAdemia from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or cost arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your use of AI Tools or Financial Integrations, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. ArchAdemia may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licences cease, and you have 30 days to export your data.
ArchAdemia may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and/or within the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
23.1 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms continues in full force.
23.2 Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
23.3 Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign ours.
23.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
